REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN FOR THE 2025 REFEREE RECERTIFICATION - HAWAII course (if you certified BEFORE July 1, 2024, your current license will expire on DECEMBER 31, 2024)

To recertify, go to https://learning.ussoccer.com/ (the Digital Learning Center-DLC).

Log on with email address and password (click Forgot Password to reset password).

Step 1: Click REGISTER FOR A COURSE.

Step 2: Under AVAILABLE COURSES>LICENSE, click one of the RECERTIFICATION courses listed above.

Step 3: Click GO TO COURSE LIST in red box at top right.

Step 4: Under UPCOMING RECERTIFYING REFEREES, click COURSE DETAILS on the right for the course selected.

Step 5: Below the action photo, click PROCEED TO REGISTRATION in red box.

After registering and paying, make sure you complete ALL online assignments (click ASSIGNMENTS).

When completed, you will receive the 2025 referee badge, together with velcro, if applicable.
