Registration is now open for the 2025 HAWAII ENTRY-LEVEL REFEREE COURSE - February 6, 2025 to be held virtually (ZOOM) on Thursday, February 6, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for first-time OR former referees who have not recertified for 3-plus years.

To register, go to https://learning.ussoccer.com/ (the Digital Learning Center-DLC).

FIRST-TIME REFEREES must set up an account at DLC. Click SIGN UP and REGISTER AS REFEREE. Complete form and click SIGN UP at bottom right. Click I HAVE NEVER HELD A U.S. SOCCER REFEREE LICENSE BEFORE.

FORMER REFEREES can log in with email address and click FORGOT PASSWORD to reset password. IMPORTANT:  To verify email address listed on DLC before logging on, please contact SRA Lila Vasconcellos at sra@hawaiireferee.com or 808-364-5755 (cell).

Step 1:  After logging on, click REFEREE PROGRAM which will take you to REFEREE LICENSE PATHWAY.

Step 2:  Click REGISTER FOR A COURSE which will take you to AVAILABLE COURSES.

Step 3:  Under LICENSES, click FIRST-TIME REFEREES on the left.

Step 4:  Click GO TO COURSE LIST in red box on the right.

Step 5:  Under UPCOMING FIRST-TIME REFEREES, click COURSE DETAILS in red on the far right of 2025 HAWAII ENTRY-LEVEL REFEREE COURSE - February 6, 2025.

Step 6:  Below the action photo, click PROCEED TO REGISTRATION in a red box. Register and pay. Cost:  $65.00.

Step 7 (for Age 18 & older):  BACKGROUND SCREENING is required (cost is not included in registration fee).

Step 8 (for Age 18 & older):  SAFESPORT TRAINING is required.

Step 9:  Click COURSES>MY COURSES>GO TO CLASSROOM>ASSIGNMENTS. Complete ALL assignments (scroll down to see assignments). 

IMPORTANT:  The ZOOM link for the virtual course is shown under CLASSROOM DETAILS in the Learning Center when registering for the course. Also, the required in-person field training session for each island to be announced during the ZOOM class on Thursday, January 30th.
