REMINDER 2025 REFEREE RECERTIFICATION - HAWAII REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN FOR THE 2025 REFEREE RECERTIFICATION - HAWAII course (your current license will expire on DECEMBER 31, 2024) To recertify, go to https://learning.ussoccer.com/ (the Digital Learning Center-DLC). Log on with email address and password (click Forgot Password to reset password). Step 1: Click REGISTER FOR A COURSE. Step 2: Under AVAILABLE COURSES>LICENSE, click one of the RECERTIFICATION courses listed above. Step 3: Click GO TO COURSE LIST in red box at top right. Step 4: Under UPCOMING RECERTIFYING REFEREES, click COURSE DETAILS on the right for the course selected. Step 5: Below the action photo, click PROCEED TO REGISTRATION in red box. After registering and paying, make sure you complete ALL online assignments (click ASSIGNMENTS). When completed, you will receive the 2025 referee badge, together with velcro, if applicable. 2024/2025 REGIONAL REFEREE FITNESS TEST - December 7, 2024 For ALL current and formerly certified Regional Referees who need to recertify or are interested in upgrading to regional status for 2025. Another FITNESS TEST for the 2024/2025 fiscal year will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Farrington High School all-weather track on Oahu. Gates will open around 6:30 AM for set up (by administrators) and warm-up. Testing will begin promptly at 7:00 AM (sprints followed by interval laps). A certified athletic trainer will be on-site during the fitness test. Participants will be required to sign an indemnification waiver at the field. Bring your own hydroflask. Regional Certification Requirements for Upgrade Must be 18 years of age and older. Must have held a Referee License during the previous three (3) registration years. Sprint/Interval Tests (FIFA women’s referee test). Minimum of three (3) passing evaluations as a Referee, two (2) at the adult amateur level, one (1) at the highest youth level (U18 or U19) (2x45-minute half). Evaluations must be done by three (3) different Referee Coaches for all three (3) games. Online assignments, including Regional Referee course, SafeSports, Safe & Healthy Playing Environments, background check, Laws of the Game update and national test.
